Amy Stern, LCSW, who graduated from Emory University and the UGA School of Social Work, has been greatly enriched by her social work career.  She spent 20+ years working in not-for-profit organizations, primarily providing home-based services to elders, those living with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families (in addition to some years in special education).  She passionately educates individuals/families about suportive resources and collaborates with other service providers involved with clients, in addition to direct clinical work.  The latter is informed primarily by cognitive behavioral, positive psychology, and mindfulness-based wellness practices. Amy began working part-time with Resolve in 2o11, and fulltime since 2015.

Meredith Albert, LCSW, entered social work practice after an extensive career in business development and management.   She graduated from The University of Florida and the UGA School of Social Work, and also has an associates degree in American Sign Language.  She works from the philosophy that individuals often have the answers they seek, if able to find the stillness to settle inner conflicts or competing thoughts (expectations, judgments, etc.) long enough to uncover personal truths.  "Aligning head, heart and intuition" is perceived as the ultimate goal.  Defining and tracking actionable goals and identifying issues (conscious or unconscious) that act as barriers to wellbeing is central to her work with clients.  Meredith founded Resolve in 2007.
